In the opening scene, after one of the attackers snatches a woman's handbag, they board an Underground train and the doors close as it sets off. For some reason the doors then reopen, allowing one of the attackers to shoot her. Once the doors on an Underground train have closed, they cannot be opened manually without alerting the driver, yet in this instance the doors are closed again after the shooting and the train departs with no investigation into why a door had opened.
