100 Foot Wave (2021 - …)

"100 Foot Wave" is a new documentary series created by the American company HBO. The series is based on the life story of renowned surfer Garrett McNamara, who spent many years trying to conquer giant waves. Garrett surfed in a small coastal town called Nazaré, located in Portugal. The series also features interviews with other surfers who are actively involved in the sport. Each of them has, at least once in their life, attempted to achieve the unimaginable - to conquer the highest wave.
