Travel agent Irina Zamorskaya works tirelessly to provide for herself and her scientist husband Leonid, who is absorbed in the study of antiquities. Tormented by work and stress, Irina cannot get pregnant. The doctor invites her to switch gears and go on vacation to Turkey. Irina hurries to tell her husband this news, but finds him in the arms of graduate student Viktoriya. Upset, Irina flies to Turkey alone. On vacation, she meets Anna, who came to find a rich husband, and Anatoliy, a military doctor, who immediately makes an appointment for Irina. Leonid, having come to his senses, flies to Turkey after his wife. Viktoriya, intending to upset the marriage of Leonid and Irina, goes to the same hotel.
