Tatyana, who came to conquer the capital, does not enter the textile institute: the reason for this is not the lack of talent (Tanya is a born fashion designer), but the tragic biography of Tanya's father. By chance, Tanya gets a job in the closed "100th section" of the "Capital" department store, serving the elite of Soviet society. For Tanya, work in the "Hundredth Section" is a chance to fulfill her dream: to become a famous artist and conquer the world's fashion capital - Paris. But on the way to the professional Olympus, Volodya stands up - a young man from a nomenklatura family. She and Tanya fall in love with each other, but the situation is somewhat complicated by the fact that Volodya has a bride. Tanya faces a difficult choice, where the slightest careless step - and she can lose her love, reputation, and dreams.
