Stargate SG-1 (1997 - 2007)

The science fiction series "Stargate SG-1" is a continuation of the feature film about the adventures of a team of space "gatekeepers". In ancient times, an alien race created a portal for traveling between worlds. Humans called it the Stargate and assigned a detachment of 24 spaceships to protect it. Captain Jack O'Neill's crew ended up as number one. The mission of the captain and his subordinates is to save peaceful planets and civilizations from the bloodthirsty Goa'uld race.
