Grozovie vorota (2006 - 2006)

The Russian mini-series "Grozovie vorota" is an adaptation of the historical novel "Rota ukhodit v nebo" by Alexander Tamonikov. The story takes place in the mountains of the North Caucasus, where Senior Lieutenant Alexander Doronin is assigned to lead a platoon of young soldiers. Their mission is to defend a mountain pass from nearby militants. Major Egorov, a special forces officer seeking personal revenge after the death of his family, joins Doronin on this assignment.
