Maid (2021 - 2021)

The series "MAID: A Single Mother's Story" is an American drama about a woman running away from domestic violence in search of a better life. Alex takes her one-year-old daughter, Maddie, from her husband and tries to earn a living for housing and food on her own. Along her difficult journey, she encounters bureaucracy, legal complications, and, of course, financial problems. She works as a maid in other people's homes, moves from place to place, and fights for custody with her ex-husband, Sean. Nevertheless, the girl manages to receive government support and even find her calling.
