The TV series "Guilty Party" is a dark comedy about a hapless American journalist named Beth Baker. In the past, she got caught up in a serious scandal that seems to have put an end to her career. However, the correspondent seizes her last chance. She is drawn to a sensational criminal story: a young woman killed her husband and ended up behind bars, leaving her newborn baby orphaned.
