The Russian series "Unbroken" is an adaptation of Ekaterina Martinova's work "Confessions of a Prisoner of the Dungeon". The author spent over a thousand days as a hostage of a sexual predator known as the Skopinsky Maniac. Some time ago, she decided to share this horrific experience and released a book. The series will not focus on the criminal's story. The central character will be a girl who had to go through a real nightmare but managed to keep her sanity and become a fully-fledged and independent person.
