Day of the Dead (2021 - …)

The multi-part zombie horror series "Day of the Dead" is based on the eponymous film that premiered on the big screen in 1985. Six individuals, who were previously strangers, desperately try to survive during the uprising of the dead from their graves. Zombies attack people, turning them into their own kind. The number of the dead keeps growing. The survivors must find a way to cope with the invasion. The series rejects typical notions of a zombie apocalypse.
