The series focuses on a serial killer named Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal. Over the course of a decade, the criminal killed and dismembered seventeen men and boys, many of whom were African American, and some of whom were minors. The story of the Milwaukee Monster is told from the perspective of the victims, who died due to the incompetence of the police, which ultimately became one of the main reasons for the string of murders committed by the Wisconsin native.
