The Russian documentary series "Russian Gastronomic Revolution" covers events spanning over thirty years - from the late 1980s to the present day. During this period, an independent gastronomic tradition formed and developed in the country. The creators of the project will tell viewers about the successes and customs of Russian gastronomic culture, as well as visually demonstrate the path it has taken over the years and analyze the Russian people's attitude towards what they eat.
