"Return to Sorrento" is a Russian melodramatic mini-series that tells the story of a young girl named Nadezhda. In the 90s, she wanted to write a novel and gain recognition as a writer. Nadya ran away from home and went to the capital to enroll in a literary university. However, Moscow greeted the girl unfriendly. Nadya found herself in trouble. A driver named Fyodor came to her rescue and eventually proposed to her. When they started living together, Nadezhda faced domestic violence.
