Doktor Ivanov (2021 - …)

The TV series "Doctor Ivanov" is a Russian melodrama about a talented and experienced surgeon who loses his beloved job after serving time in prison. After being released, Sergey Ivanov loses his practice in the capital and goes back to his hometown. He plans to say goodbye to his elderly mother and leave somewhere up north in proud solitude. However, unexpectedly, there is work for him in the village, and the locals welcome their fellow countryman with open arms. Moreover, he reunites with the love of his youth.
