Irreverent (2022 - …)

The TV series "Irreverent" is an Australian crime drama about a fugitive criminal. After a failed bank robbery in Chicago, the man is forced to leave America and settle in a small town on the reefs of Australia. He arrives in the northern state of Queensland and assumes a false identity. The former robber is compelled to pretend to be a clergyman sent to work in the local church. But deceiving the townspeople, and especially himself, turns out to be more difficult than he had hoped. A bloody trail follows the man even halfway across the world.
