The TV series "There's No Such Thing as Exes" is a Russian detective drama about the life of rescuer Ilya Dementyev. For 20 years, the man has been living in Cyprus and working on the beach of an expensive resort. However, his past holds many mysteries. Once, back in his homeland, he took part in a dangerous special operation to combat the drug business. His only chance to survive in this unequal battle was to stage his own death and go into hiding abroad. But now Ilya is forced to return to Russia and find out that all this time he had a daughter growing up.
