Betrayal (2018 - 2018)

The main characters of the Russian melodramatic series "Journey to the Center of the Soul" are former best friends Rita and Vera. They were inseparable since childhood, but fate gradually turned them into bitter enemies. Both of their mothers died in early childhood, and their fathers were friends. However, after the collapse of the USSR, one became a successful businessman while the other remained a poor intellectual. To make matters worse, the girls fall in love with the same man, Maxim. But both love and wealth end up in Rita's hands. Envious Vera decides to take everything away from her former friend.
