The Russian melodramatic mini-series "Vera" tells the story of a young girl named Vera. She is no different from other young women. The heroine lives in a communal apartment with her aunt, who has taken the place of her mother. Vera catches the eye of a handsome wealthy man named Oleg Belov. He introduces his chosen one to his circle, including the manager Pavel Markov. With the help of her suitor, Vera gets a job at his company. And after some time, Oleg proposes to Vera.
