"Scott Pilgrim Takes Off" is an upcoming anime series based on the popular comic book by Bryan Lee O'Malley. The main character of the story is Scott, a regular twenty-three-year-old guy who is passionate about music, plays the guitar, lives with a friend in a rented apartment, and enjoys living life to the fullest. However, his fate takes a turn when he meets a girl in real life who has been appearing in his dreams for a long time. This eccentric beauty is named Ramona Flowers, but Scott's happy future with her is hindered by her seven "evil exes."
