"Toast of Tinseltown" is a British-American comedy series that tells the story of an ambitious and vain actor named Stephen Toast. He is convinced that he deserves worldwide recognition and is determined to conquer the best stage for actors - Hollywood. So Stephen sets off for Los Angeles, confident that all directors will immediately want to cast him in their films. However, in reality, things are not as easy as in Stephen Toast's naive dreams.
