Fake Accounts ( - …)

The American series "Fake Accounts" is based on the eponymous novel by writer Lauren Oyler. It explores the influence that the World Wide Web has had on society. The story revolves around a girl who, shortly before the official ceremony marking Donald Trump's inauguration as president, snoops through her boyfriend's phone and discovers something unusual. She finds out that her boyfriend believes in conspiracy theories and actively promotes his ideas online.
