The Russian dramatic thriller series "Cold Shores. The Return" tells the story that unfolds after the case of the lake maniac. Alina Novinskaya forgives her husband's infidelity and leaves the criminal investigation department to work at a research center, where she studies the psychology of criminals. She deals with a serial rapist imitator who copies the crimes of his "idols". Novinskaya unwittingly gets drawn into his dangerous game.
