The Russian melodramatic mini-series "Love without Transmission Rights" tells the story of Katerina, a provincial girl who works at the registry office and lives with her father and pregnant sister. Katerina's mother has passed away, and their financial situation is not great. The family is heavily in debt with their mortgage and faces eviction. By chance, Katerina discovers that she and her father are not blood relatives. It turns out that her real parent is a wealthy Moscow entrepreneur.
