The TV series "Phoenix's Alibi" tells the story of retired Major Georgy Belonog, who lives alone in a van on the beach. He used to be married and served in the police, but his life was turned upside down five years ago. His father disappeared without a trace, and the case was hushed up, declaring the man dead.
