The center of attention is twelve-year-old teenager named Josh Dubin, who transitions from homeschooling to a public school. He has to face everything that a general education institution can offer. Josh encounters numerous problems. He struggles with how to tell his peers that he has a prosthetic leg. With the support of his parents and best friends Kyle and Gabriella, Josh gradually adapts to the unfamiliar realities.
