"Gordian Knot" is a melodramatic mini-series about three friends from a provincial town on the Black Sea coast. Lika is a beauty who is dating a local biker named Vitya and dreams of moving to Moscow. Nastya is the top graduate of her school and a gold medalist, who has been courted by her loyal knight, Kolya, for many years. And Zhenya is a tomboy who is passionate about ships and adventures, hopelessly in love with Kolya. When Nastya gets accepted into a university in the capital and finds a fiancé there, Lika starts to envy her.
