Kira Ardova, an employee of the Investigative Committee, and her colleague Oleg Weber embark on new investigations. In the forest, they discover a girl who has lost her memory and is in need of help. In addition to this, the heroes need to unravel a series of crimes: murders during the filming of a TV project, an assassination attempt on the leader of a search team, the murder of an archaeologist during an expedition, and the forgery of artworks. Kira and Oleg also face difficulties in their personal lives. After betrayal, it is not easy for them to learn to trust again.
