The TV series "Chef. New Life" is the third part of the story about the adventures of Colonel Viktor Rastorguev, a police officer. The man testifies against members of a criminal group that was once led by his friend. In order to protect his loved ones, he agrees to enter the witness protection program. With the help of his beloved woman Dasha and his daughter Polya, they stage his own death and move to Tomilinsk. However, Vitya cannot pretend to be a taxi driver for long, as he strives to uphold justice and protect people.
