My Dentist's Murder Trial ( - …)

The plot is based on a real-life crime story. The screenplay is inspired by James Lesdan's journalistic material in the New Yorker from 2017. The story revolves around Dr. Gilberto Nunez, who found himself on trial in 2015. He was accused of murdering his friend Thomas Coleman. According to the investigation, Nunez forcibly made the man consume a substance that led to his death. The protagonist is also charged with forgery of valuable documents - he pretended to be a CIA agent.
