Dronov was convinced that he was a highly skilled player in the Russian market economy. Meanwhile, investigators from the investigative committee had been closely monitoring his activities for several years. Captain Kutik was a principled and responsible police officer. These two individuals were not supposed to meet, but a simple coincidence brought them together. Dronov crashed into a police car and was immediately arrested for attempting to bribe his way out. A multimillion-dollar fraudulent deal was now in jeopardy.
