The center of attention is a scandalously famous artist who has been working in the genre of street art in St. Petersburg for a long time. However, life circumstances force him to return to his hometown. In the provincial city, the protagonist finds a job at the local museum of local history. He enters into an agreement with the museum director, according to which he must, within a short period of time, transform the museum into a popular and thriving place in order to save it from closure. The hero enthusiastically takes on the task.
