"La nuit où Laurier Gaudreault s'est réveillé" is a Canadian mini-series based on the play by Michel Marc Bouchard. The story revolves around two siblings, Jules and Mimi, who grow up together in a small town and befriend a neighbor named Logan, with whom they spend all their time. But their lives change when Logan rapes Mimi. Their friendship crumbles, and the family leaves town. Many years later, as an adult woman, Mimi returns to her hometown and discovers that those horrific events had lasting consequences.
