The story revolves around a psychiatrist named Alexey who works at a private clinic. One day, he encounters a rather peculiar patient named Vladimir, who suffers from obsessive ideas. Meanwhile, the famous musician Konstantin Zobnin's daughter goes missing, followed by another girl disappearing. Alexey starts to suspect that Vladimir is somehow involved in these events and feels it is his duty to inform the police. However, this doctor's action leads to horrifying consequences.
