The series "When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts" is a documentary-historical project about the residents of New Orleans who experienced the devastating Hurricane Katrina. This natural disaster deprived many of their accumulated possessions, money, homes, cars, and most importantly, loved ones and even lives. For some reason, the government either failed to notice or ignored the warnings from meteorologists, and Katrina literally caught the entire state off guard. The series consists of documentary footage and interviews with eyewitnesses.
