Heaven's Gate: The Cult of Cults (2020 - 2020)

The documentary series is dedicated to the history of the infamous religious cult. Several dozen people took their own lives at the same time in pursuit of infinity and the cosmos. This insane religious movement, with such a poetic name, was created by Marshall Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles in the mid-70s. It later grew to unprecedented proportions and gained a multitude of followers. In the late 90s, a huge number of sect members committed mass suicide simultaneously.
