The shocking documentary project is dedicated to the story of a serial killer named Gennady Mikhasevich. For years, he managed to take the lives of innocent women and avoid responsibility for his crimes. Meanwhile, other people, who were accused of the murders committed by Mikhasevich, ended up behind bars. Eventually, the maniac Gennady Mikhasevich, who had been tormenting and killing women for many years, was dubbed the "Vitebsk Strangler."
