The events unfold in an unremarkable, at first glance, provincial town called Velikiy Guslyar. Few people know that it is in this place that a connection with parallel worlds and extraterrestrial civilization is open. Time travel, talking animals, and a parking lot for flying saucers for the residents of Velikiy Guslyar are the most ordinary phenomena. The peaceful life of the townspeople comes to an end when a new mayor, Eduard Belinskiy, appears in these parts. He wants to turn the town into a tourist center.
