The series is a multi-part adaptation of the eponymous feature film by George Clooney, released in 2005. The story revolves around Say Stengartner, a young television producer for Edward Murrow's See It Now program. He admires the news anchor, but he himself is not without ambition. The channel management imposes anti-communist propaganda on Murrow and his colleagues. This could help Say advance his career. However, in doing so, he will have to betray the person who has been his mentor for a long time.
