"Khakee: The Bihar Chapter" is an American-Indian crime drama based on Amit Lodhi's novel "Diaries of Bihar". The story revolves around a police officer from the Indian city of Patna, Bihar. He is an ordinary law enforcement officer, distinguished from his colleagues only by his excessive righteousness and incorruptibility.
