The events take place in a small town in the state of Texas. In this area, there is racial intolerance, thriving crime, and economic instability. The situation in this backwater is already tense, but soon more serious troubles arise. The residents are threatened by a crashed alien ship near the town. Something frightening and mysterious was being transported on the spacecraft. The main characters are forced to unite in the face of danger.
