The story revolves around Anya and Polya, who are sisters. However, they have completely different personalities and destinies. Anna graduated from university and became a lawyer; she is a kind and honest girl. But her sister ran away to the capital in search of adventure. It all ended with her returning to their hometown alone with a little son in her arms. But even this did not teach Polya a lesson - now she has decided to get involved with a gangster. When Anya tries to rescue her foolish relative from trouble, she blames her for all her misfortunes.
