The events take place in the distant future. It is the last colony of humans on planet Earth. Every year in New Babylon, there is a tradition of a music competition called "Utopia Falls" in which 24 teenagers participate. Each participant gets a unique chance to make history, and for Aliya, an independent and active daughter of a local official, this event becomes the beginning of an exciting adventure.
