Grazhdanin nachalnik (2001 - 2001)

The TV series "Citizen Chief" is a crime drama based on the novel by Russian writer Viktor Pronin. The action takes place in modern times in one of the major cities of a vast country. Prosecutor's investigator Pafnutyev takes on another routine investigation, but his honesty and principles work against him. It turns out that now he is alone in his fight not only against a powerful criminal network, but also against his own superiors, who have long been "bought" and intimidated by the criminal bosses.
