Vozvraschenie bludnogo popugaya (1984 - 2006)

"The Return of the Wayward Parrot" is a cult Soviet animated series about a cheerful and talkative domestic parrot named Kesha. He lives with a boy named Vovka, with whom he is good friends. But one day, Kesha becomes bored in the city apartment and decides to leave Vovka after a quarrel. The parrot believes that he will be better off and have more fun on his own. On the street, he encounters a chubby neighbor's cat, a simple rural worker on a tractor, and a mean and ill-mannered peer of Vovka's who decides to lock the bird in a cage.
