Chuzhaya zhenschina (2013 - 2013)

Vera considers herself a perfectly happy woman, with a loving husband, a nice house, and wealth. Everything in her life is peaceful and smooth until disaster strikes her home. Her husband, Dmitry, a successful businessman, dies in an accident. Now Vera is a widow. She has to deal with difficulties on her own, manage the business, and support her mother-in-law. But trouble doesn't come alone - it turns out that her deceased husband had a mistress named Yulia, and she is pregnant! To make matters worse, Vera's mother-in-law, whom she treats like a mother, suddenly starts taking care of Yulia and eventually declares that she won't let go of her grandchild - after all, he is the "only true blood in this world." Strangely enough, it is in these far from rosy circumstances that the heroine begins her journey towards true feminine happiness.
