The TV series "Les Rivières pourpres" is a sequel to the cult detective novel of the same name. At the center of the story is the most famous investigator in modern Europe, Pierre Niemans. He is faced with numerous complex investigations, uncovering the most gruesome murders and discovering the dirtiest secrets. Along his path, he encounters street thugs who refuse to be locked up, as well as influential members of society who have their hands in major schemes. But for such an experienced detective, nothing is impossible.
