Bars i Lyalka (2014 - 2014)

"Bars and Lyalka" is a Russian detective series about an unlucky young writer and a former special forces officer. Arina writes historical novels and dreams of fame, but her writing is not popular with readers. After breaking up with her husband and losing her home, she agrees to an unattractive commercial assignment - to write a biography of a heroic special forces soldier nicknamed Bars. The man himself lives in a remote village, doing hard work for his neighbors and has no desire to become a star of memoirs.
