Chimp Empire (2023 - 2023)

"Chimp Empire" is a documentary mini-series about the life of the world's largest chimpanzee community, located in Uganda. It turns out that the social structure within this group of remarkable primates closely resembles human laws. The monkeys have their own kings, political coalitions, laws, and even wars. The chimpanzee community in Ngogo regularly attacks the nearby red colobus monkeys, seizing food and territory. And the strongest males in the group gather followers and stage power coups.
