"Kitten Named Gav" is a Soviet children's animated mini-series about the adventures of a cute ginger kitten with a philosophical outlook on life and a strange name. Despite being very young, Gav actively explores the world by wandering around the yard and getting to know the local residents. He finds an extremely unusual friend for a cat - a puppy. Together, the kids figure out the best hiding place for a meatball to ensure it won't be stolen, how to be less afraid of thunderstorms, and what true friendship means.
