The plot of the Russian series "Hidden Motives" revolves around former investigator Nina Pokrovskaya. For 16 years, she has not worked in her profession and instead manages the household, raises her son Artem, and takes care of her beloved husband, who is also an investigator. In her free time, she pursues her hobby of photography. But one day, completely by chance, her own spouse ends up in her camera lens... walking with another woman. Nina is not willing to tolerate betrayal. She decides to start a new life from scratch.
